    By using PROHire you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use PROHire on behalf of a company, you have authority to accept on its behalf.

    Eligibility

    Users must be 18+ and provide accurate, lawful information. Employers must have authority to post roles and communicate on behalf of their organization.

    Accounts & security

    You’re responsible for safeguarding your login. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access so we can protect your account.

    Use of the platform

    Keep the marketplace high-signal and respectful.

    For technicians and jobseekers

    • Share truthful experience, certifications, and preferences.
    • Only apply to roles you intend to pursue.
    • Keep interview scheduling commitments or notify employers promptly.

    For employers

    • Post accurate job details, compensation ranges, and safety expectations.
    • Use candidate data solely for hiring the posted role.
    • Avoid spam, discrimination, or misuse of personal information.

    Prohibited conduct

    • Posting unlawful, misleading, or unsafe job content.
    • Scraping, reselling, or redistributing platform data.
    • Attempting to probe or disrupt platform security.
    • Harassment, discrimination, or violating applicable employment laws.

    Disclaimers & liability

    We work hard to keep PROHire reliable, but the service is provided “as is.” We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

    Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability. Where not allowed, we limit liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
