Continuous Improvement Manager

Summary: Responsible for planning, leading, and executing continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing facility. Partners with plant leadership to drive safety, quality, productivity, cost, and efficiency improvements while embedding a Lean/CI culture across operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all continuous improvement projects and standard work Coach and develop leaders and teams in Lean/Six Sigma tools Drive change initiatives and daily problem-solving Set improvement targets, track performance, and ensure accountability Lead CI training, communication, and deployment activities Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) 5+ years of hands-on Lean/Six Sigma or CI experience Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
